Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. They together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.

Welcome to DAP WHOLESALE LTD! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website romanianwholesales.com and our wholesale services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all users, including wholesalers, retailers, and visitors. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time. Your continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Payment

2.1 We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.

2.2 During checkout, you authorise your payment via our online payment facility. Payment will usually be taken on the day or the day after following receipt of your order but only after orders has been checked.

2.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Risk shall pass you upon delivery. This means that you shall be responsible for all loss or damage or deterioration of the goods.

3. Delivery

3.1 Orders are processed within 2-6 working days upon receipt of the order subject to having received payment of the goods.

3.2 Please be aware that actual delivery times may vary due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. The definitive dispatch date for your order will be provided at the time of checkout.

3.3 Any order made after 11am and on any other day that is not a working day shall be processed on the next working day.

3.4 Any orders which are made on the Friday using the overnight shipping service will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday).

3.5 Goods shall be delivered to the shipping address specified by you on the completed order form.

3.6 Any changes to the order must be made before order dispatched.

4. Returns/Exchange

4.1 A request for a return or exchange of goods can only be accepted within 10 working days from the date of the invoice.

4.2 Any returns or exchanges can only be accepted if they are authorised by us.

4.3 Unless condition 5.1 applies, you remain responsible for the delivery charge and this will be deducted from your payment before payment is refunded to you.

4.4 We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange due to any reasonable and or unethical reason.

5. Out of Stock Products and Stock Levels

5.1 While we try to update our stock inventory on a daily basis, please note that stock levels are not in real-time so there may be a possibility that while you are ordering, your product may become out of stock. You can choose one of the three of options if your product is out of stock so that we can fulfil your order.

5.2 Please accept our apologies for the many products that are low stock or out of stock. Unfortunately, this is out of hands due to the recent world pandemic and complications with Brexit. We will endeavour to keep stock levels high and may we thank you for your continued patience.

6. Amendment of Orders

6.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received or received on time.

6.2 No amendment can be made once the order was placed.

6.3 Your order will be placed on hold until we agree to amend your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any amendment.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal data.

8. Liability

8.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

8.2 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 21 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, subject to condition 6 above, our only obligation will be, at your option:

8.2.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery;

8.2.2 to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

8.2.3 to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

8.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under condition 8.2.3 above.

9. Complaints Procedure

9.1 We will at all times try to provide you with good service at all times. In the event you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please put your complaints in writing by email or post.

9.2 We will advise you of our findings and let you know the proposed action we propose to take in assisting your compliant.

10. Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

11. Agreement

These terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
